Tuition and Fees

Per-Semester Tuition
Tuition per credit hour: $500 (normally classes are 3 credits each)

Per-Semester Fees
Administrative Fee: $100

Other Semester Fees
– Late Payment Fee: $50
– Library and Student Support Fee: $25 per course
– Technology Fee: $50 per course

Audit Fees
Each Course: $400
Alumni: $300
Seniors (60+): $300

Tuition and Fees Deadlines

Tuition and fees payments are due by the last day of the second week of classes each semester, unless the student has established a payment plan with the Business Office.

Students who do not pay their tuition and fees by the last week of classes will not be able to take final exams or submit final course requirements, will not be able to view grades, and will not be able to register for the following semester until the balance is paid or written payment arrangements are made with the Business Office.

Tuition Payment Plan

RGS offers an interest-free installment plan that divides a student’s outstanding semester balance into up to five (5) equal monthly payments. A new plan must be set up each semester and does not renew automatically.

Payment Terms & Late Fees

  • All installment payments are due by the 10th of each month.
  • A 10-day grace period applies; payments received after the 20th of the month incur a late fee.
  • A $50 late fee is charged if payment is not received by the due date, with an additional $50 if unpaid 14 days later (max two late fees per semester).
  • Accounts unpaid 30 days after the due date receive a financial hold, blocking registration, transcripts/diplomas, and graduation participation.

Refund Policy

  • 100% of tuition and fees paid will be refunded if a student withdraws by the last day of the second week of classes.
  • Students who withdraw during the third week of classes will receive a 75% refund of tuition and fees paid.
  • Students who withdraw during the fourth week of classes will receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees paid.
  • After the last day of the fourth week of classes, no refund will be issued; the student is liable for full tuition and fees charged.

In one-week intensive courses during Winter or Summer term, refunds are only possible if a student withdraws by the end of the second day of classes. Otherwise, the student is liable for full payment of fees and tuition.
