We offer a nationally and internationally recognized Master of Arts in Islamic Studies . We are a degree-awarding authority by the State of Pennsylvania Department of Education. 

Respect Graduate School has rolling admissions. Apply for the upcoming semester. 

International students are welcome to apply to the Master’s program however, they are responsible for completing US Visa Applications and all applicable fees, including travel fees. RGS will not sponsor International students or provide I-20 document for student visa applications until accreditation is complete. International students that are still interested may apply to the MAIS program by completing the form on the registration page. Please keep in mind that RGS offers a hybrid Master's program. The program includes 12 courses (36 credits), 6 of the required courses are offered online, the remaining 6 courses will be on-campus at 2200 Industrial Drive Bethlehem, PA 18017, USA.

Respect Graduate School does not provide financial aid through FAFSA until the accreditation process is complete. Scholarships are available to a selected number of full-time master students each semester based on need and merit. Partial and full scholarships are also available for those students who are ready to work part-time at Respect. Please contact info@respectgs.us to see if you qualify for financial aid today.

Applicants from non-English speaking countries will be required to submit a score of not less than 80 on the computer-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), or by an equivalent test. 

Applicants who do not meet the TOEFL requirement may be granted provisional admission at the discretion of the Admissions Committee.

Applicants to the MAIS program are not required to have prior education in a relevant field, neither will such students be extended preferential treatment. RGS values academic diversity and believes that students with diverse undergraduate experiences will offer rich intellectual perspectives.

Yes, classes will be offered on Campus at Respect Graduate School. Please check ‘Course Schedule’ for more details. Students who live near our campus will have full access to our facilities, masjid, and library. 

Students may choose to register as an auditor. Auditors participate in the course and pay the same tuition, but are not responsible for completing assignments and do not receive credit for courses. Students may also want to consider one of our non-credit certification programs such as the Qur’an Certificate Program.

Upon completion of the application, the applicant will receive an email describing the status of their application and the expected time frame for a final decision.

Yes, deferral is available with RGS. Simply notify the registrar. Email admissions@respectgs.us 

Yes, you may enroll as a part-time student by taking at least 3 credits each semester. Once you accept your offer, you will be able to log into Populi, the school’s college management system, and select your courses. We advise that you discuss your enrollment with your advisor before increasing or decreasing your course load.
