• 100% of tuition and fees paid will be refunded if a student withdraws from a course by the last day of the second week of classes.
• Students who withdraw during the third week of classes will receive a 75% refund of tuition and fees paid.
• Students who withdraw during the fourth week of classes will receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees paid.
• After the last day of the fourth week of classes, students who withdraw will not receive any refund of payments made and are liable for full tuition and fees charged.

In one-week intensive courses during Winter or Summer term, refunds are only possible if a student withdraws by the end of the second day of classes. Otherwise, the student is liable for full payment of fees and tuition.
