To request your transcript, please complete the form provided below. You will be able to select your preferred delivery method within the form.

Please note that transcripts will only be released if there is no outstanding financial balance on your account.

Diploma Distribution

After graduation, once diplomas are ready, you will receive an email notification from us. At that time, you can choose one of the following options:

• Mailing Option: Indicate that you would like your diploma mailed and provide the full mailing address where it should be sent.
• Pickup Option: Indicate that you would like to pick up your diploma in person. Please email [email protected] with your preferred date and time so arrangements can be made with Mr. Ozturk to meet you and hand it to you directly.

Important Notes

Diplomas will only be issued directly to the graduate or to a person you designate in your reply email.
If someone else is picking up your diploma on your behalf, they must present a valid photo ID and sign to confirm receipt.
Diplomas can only be issued to students who have no outstanding financial obligations to the school.
