We are excited to announce the opening of Tajweed Classes for boys and girls (5 and up), each limited to six students per class. These classes will serve as the first level of our comprehensive Four-Level Qur'an Recitation Program at Respect Quran School.
In the first level, students will focus on learning the foundational rules of tajweed and makhraj, correcting pronunciation mistakes, and mastering the surahs and supplications required for daily prayers and worship.
This foundational level, spanning 14 weeks from the week of January 13–19 to the week of April 14–20, with 2 hours of instruction per week, provides the essential skills for accurate and beautiful Qur'an recitation. The specific class day and time will be determined based on the availability of the instructor and students, ensuring maximum flexibility and participation.
The following outcomes are designed to be achieved across all four levels of the Tajweed program.

Skill: You’ll be able to identify mistakes in recitations.
Skill: You’ll be able to correctly recite enough verses and supplications needed for your daily worship.
Skill: You will get used to the frequent words and expressions in the Quran to be fluent in your reading.
Skill: You will be able to read the Qur'an faster in Arabic script.
